Get Shit Done Day

one day. Just me & you.

Everything on your to-do list checked off by dinner time.

Let's get that thing you've been dodging for months, done.

You know that one. The email sequence that’s been “nearly finished” since January. The funnel that exists in your head and absolutely nowhere else. The website page with a typo that makes you cringe every time someone points it out to you but you never quite seem to get round to fixing it.

A Get Shit Done Day is a full day (6 hours) where we sit down together (virtually or in-person), stick the kettle on and clear that to-do list. No more tabs open “for later”, no more “someday”, just me and you smashing through the tasks together.

Who this is for

Business owners with more ideas than hours in the day. You know what needs doing. You might even know exactly how to do it. It’s just been sat at the bottom of the list, growing roots, while you firefight everything else going on in your life and business.

If you’ve ever said “I’ll sort that out when things calm down a bit” I’ve got news for you… things don’t calm down! You have to make the space for tasks to get done and this Get Shit Done Day is that space.

What actually changes after your GSD Day?

YOU GET YOUR TIME BACK

Every half-finished task costs you twice: once when you avoid it, and again every time you open it, try to remember where the hell you got to, and close it again. One day clears the lot. All those hours lost to “I’ll just have another looks at that” come back to you, week after week.

YOU GET YOUR BRAIN BACK

Your to-do list doesn’t only live on paper. It lives in your head, too. It’s the thing you suddenly remember in the shower. The thing that pops up just as you’re drifting off. The low hum in the background of every family dinner, because some part of you is still thinking about that bloody website page!

Unfinished stuff takes up space. Once it’s done, that space is free, and you’d be amazed what grows there. Ideas come back. Your spark comes back. You stop feeling like you’re running your business with twenty browser tabs open in your brain.

YOU OPEN YOUR LAPTOP WITHOUT THE DREAD

That tight feeling in your chest when you log on and see everything you haven’t done? Gone.

You sit down knowing where everything lives, what happens next, and what’s already handled. Your shoulders drop and you might just even enjoy working again!

You get your momentum back

Finishing one big thing, or clearing a whole bunch of smaller things, has a knock-on effect.

The launch you’ve been putting off gets a date. The offer you’ve been sitting on gets a sales page. Crossing things off your list feels bloody brilliant, and it makes the next thing so much easier to start.

You do more of the stuff you actually love

You didn’t start your business to wrestle with Zapier at 11pm or spend your Sunday afternoon tidying up Google folders.

Every hour you claw back from the backend of your business is an hour for your clients, your creative work, or, shock horror, your actual life!

How it works

1. Pay for your day. Once you’ve paid, you’ll get a link to complete your prep form and book your date.

2. Pick your date. Choose whichever day suits you from my calendar using my booking system.

3. Tell me what’s on the list. Fill in a quick form before your day begins, so I turn up knowing what we’re tackling and we don’t waste time on “soooo… where do we even start?”

4. Get it done. You can either leave me with the list to get to work or we can co-work on Zoom to make sure everything gets handled.

5. Walk away with it finished. You’ll also get a short wrap-up of what we did and any next steps, so nothing slips through the cracks.

Investment

£800 for a 6-hour day.

Until 30th September: half price

Book and pay by midnight on 30th September and your day is £400 instead of £800. Use it any time before 31st December 2026.

What we can get done.

Bring one big beast or a pile of smaller bits. We’ll plan the day around whatever moves your business forward fastest or relieves you of the most stress.

Here are just a few ideas of what we can tackle together:

Email and marketing

✅ Setting up and writing email sequences: welcome, nurture, sales, launch, the lot.

✅ Lead magnet setup, from the freebie to the opt-in page to the delivery email.

✅ Batching and scheduling content for the weeks ahead.

✅ Canva templates, so a single social post stops eating three hours of your life.

Funnels and Sales

✅ Building sales funnels from start to finish so everything is connected and automated.

✅ Checkout pages, payment links, and digital product setup.

✅ Membership and course platform setup.

✅ Launch planning, with dates, tasks, and who’s doing what.

Strategy and planning

✅ Talking through your business plans and turning them into steps you can actually take.

✅ Setting up your project management system with templates you can use over and over again

✅ Reviewing your quarterly plans and priorities

✅ Working out what to continue and what to stop doing (which is often THE biggest win).

Systems and backend

✅ ClickUp, Trello or Asana setup, so your whole business lives in one place instead of on seventeen sticky notes.

✅ Writing SOPs, so things get done the same way every time, no matter who is doing them.

✅ Client onboarding systems, forms, and welcome packs.

✅ Automations with tools like Zapier, so you stop copying and pasting the same thing forty times a week.

✅ Booking and calendar systems.

✅ Sorting out your Google Drive or Dropbox so you can actually find stuff again.

Website and tech

✅ Website edits and new pages set up.

✅ Fixing the broken links, dodgy forms and bits of tech that have been winding you up for months.

✅ Migrating things from one platform to another (depending on volume).

Admin and co-working

✅ Smashing through admin backlogs: inbox, invoices, spreadsheets, all of it!

✅ Co-working for the whole day, where we split the list and share the load.

Not sure if your thing counts? It probably does but feel free to send me an email or DM me on Insta to ask.

And in case we haven’t met yet…

I'm Dani!

Business systems nerd, VA, online business manager, and jelly-tot-fuelled human who gets an unreasonable amount of joy from a really good automation.

I’ve been doing this for ten years now. In that time I’ve worked with over 100 businesses, building their funnels, writing their email sequences, untangling their tech, and turning “it’s all in my head” into systems that actually run without them.

And trust me when I say I’ve seen it all. The inbox with 12,000 unread emails. The launch planned entirely on the back of a receipt. The Google Drive with fourteen folders called “New Folder”. None of it scares me, and none of it’s anything to be embarrassed about. It just needs someone to sit down with it and sort it out (hey, that’s me!)

I know my way around a LOT of online business tools – if you use it, chances are I’ve used it too. And, if I haven’t, I’ll have it figured out before your coffee’s gone cold.

I’m also big on strategy, so I won’t just blindly do the tasks. I’ll ask the annoying questions, like “Why are we doing it this way?” and “Do you even need this?”, that save you hours down the line.

Most of all, I love that moment near the end of a Get Shit Done Day when someone leans back in their chair, looks at everything we’ve done and says, “Oh my god, it’s actually finished.” That’s my favourite bit.

So let’s get your list finished shall we?

FAQs

Can I book more than one day?

Course you can. Loads of people book two back to back for bigger projects like a full launch or a website rebuild.

What if I don't actually know what I need?

Then that’s where we start. Half an hour of untangling usually shows exactly what’ll make the biggest difference, and then we spend the rest of the day doing it.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just the prep form, plus logins for anything we’ll be working in. I’ll send you a checklist so we don’t lose the first hour hunting for passwords. We’ve all been there.

What if we finish early?

We crack on with the next thing. There’s always a next thing.

Can I move my date?

Yes, of course you can. I just require 48 hours’ notice. When you book your day, your confirmation email will include a link to reschedule if you need to.

The Regulated CEO – Self-Study

Babe, Burnout Isn't "Part of the Process"

It's time to feel safe, show up fully, and stop running your business from survival mode.

The Regulated CEO is a powerful, on-demand somatic experience for entrepreneurs who are DONE with burnout, procrastination, and overthinking, and are ready to build their business from calm, clarity, and confidence instead.

~~£97~~ £48.50

Let's cut the bullshit

You’re exhausted, but you can’t stop.

You’re successful, but you’re not sustainable. And no amount of strategy is going to change what’s actually not working.

Let’s be honest…

You’ve done the mindset work.

You’ve learnt the strategies from the business gurus.

You’ve pushed, planned, and power-through’d your way to the next goal and the next goal and the next goal…but somehow, it still feels like you’re hustling just to stay afloat.

You tell yourself that you should be further ahead. That you should be doing more. That you should feel more motivated.

But what if you’re not lazy, unmotivated, or inconsistent?

What if your body just doesn’t feel safe enough to grow?

Because that, my love, is the truth no one told you:

You don’t have a strategy problem. You have a safety problem.

And when your nervous system’s running in survival mode, no strategy in the world will stick.

Imagine if you could...

✨ Recognise your body’s signals in real time and respond before burnout hits.

✨ Anchor safety before every strategy, launch, and sales call so you can show up to client calls without needing an hour to calm down afterwards.

✨ Create from flow, not fear. No more white-knuckling your way through business!

✨ Lead your clients, team, and business from grounded, embodied confidence.

✨ Build sustainable rhythms that support you instead of drain you.

✨ Post content without overthinking for 3 hours first.

✨ Rest without guilt AND watch your business still grow.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about finally letting your body lead the way.

Introducing
The Regulated CEO

This isn’t another mindset course or another productivity framework. And it’s definitely not “just breathe and think positive.”

The Regulated CEO is a somatic program designed to help you regulate your nervous system first…so that everything else actually works.

Because strategy only sticks when your body feels safe enough to hold success.

Inside, you’ll learn how to stop overriding yourself, stop living in survival mode, and start running your business from grounded, embodied leadership.

No spiritual bypassing. No hustle glorification. No pretending burnout is a badge of honour.

WHAT YOU'RE GETTING:

6 Deep-Dive Modules (pre-study + 4 core + integration)
Somatic Business Ritual Library
Lifetime Access to All Materials (because regulation isn’t a one-and-done thing)

The Regulate and Rise Framework

(aka how we actually fix this)

Phase 1: Safety – The Calm Before the Rise
Learn how to recognise your stress patterns (fight, flight, freeze, fawn, or friend) and shift back into grounded calm in minutes so business stops feeling like survival.

Phase 2: Flow – Reclaim Your Energy, Focus, and Creativity
You’ll learn how to complete the stress cycle, stop living in overdrive, and create from your natural rhythm instead of adrenaline.

Phase 3: Visibility – Embodied Confidence and Nervous System-Safe Leadership
Show up, speak up, and sell without your body freaking out! You’ll build embodied confidence, regulate visibility fears, and lead from calm power – no more post-launch crashes or visibility hangovers.

Phase 4: Sustainability – Rhythms to Regulate Your Success
Tap into your cycles, seasons, and capacity so you can begin building a business around YOU. We’ll also explore the (shocking) idea of rest and recovery as a business strategy!!!

What's Included:

6 x Deep Dive Modules
Each module blends science, soul, and somatics. You’ll learn nervous system foundations and the exact tools to shift from survival to safety, plus how to apply them directly to your business.

There will be one pre-study module and one final integration module, plus 4 core modules (1 for each week of our live experience.

Somatic Business Ritual Library
Bite-sized tools you can use between calls, early mornings, and (late) nights! Think grounding, breathwork, self-soothing, and embodied planning rituals that actually fit into your busy day.

Lifetime Access to All Materials
Because you’ll want to come back to this work again and again as your business (and nervous system) evolves.

Who this is for

This is for you if you’re a coach, creative, or business owner who’s:

✨ Tired of riding the burnout rollercoaster.

✨ Brilliant at helping others but secretly running on empty yourself.

✨ Craving flow, focus, and stability that actually lasts.

✨ Ready to make peace with your body.

If you’ve ever said, “I know what to do, I just can’t make myself do it,” this program is for you!

This is not for you if:

❌ You’re looking for quick-fix tactics or a magic pill.

❌ You’re not willing to show up and do the inner work (even when it feels a little messy).

❌ You want someone else to regulate your nervous system for you.

❌ You’re expecting overnight transformation without practice.

❌ You’re resistant to feeling your feelings or getting curious about your body’s signals.

This work requires presence, practice, and patience (and apparently, a little bit of alliteration). But if you’re willing to do it? Everything changes.

What you'll learn inside each module

Module 1: Foundations - The Body-Business Connection

Learn how your body drives every business decision, email, and idea. Understand your default stress patterns and start your first safety audit.

Module 2: Safety - Coming Home to Your Body

Develop your personal safety toolkit. Learn grounding techniques that work in real business moments – before client calls, during launches, or when anxiety spikes.

Module 3: Flow - Releasing Pressure and Restoring Energy

Complete the stress cycle, reclaim creative focus, and learn to surf your energy waves instead of crashing them. Discover why “pushing through” is keeping your stuck.

Module 4: Visibility - Embodied Confidence and Leadership

Make being seen feel safe. Show up, sell, and lead without the adrenaline spike or emotional hangover.

Module 5: Sustainability - Rhythms That Regulate For Success

Creating lasting routines that protect your peace and keep your business aligned with your body. Design your personal Somatic Strategy Toolkit.

Module 6: Integration - The Regulated CEO

Weave everything together into your unique “Regulated CEO Blueprint”, your ongoing map for safety, flow, and success.

And in case we haven’t met yet…

I'm Dani

Nervous system mentor, somatics coach, breathwork facilitator, and jelly-tot-fueled human on a mission to help business owners stop running their empires from survival mode.

I know exactly what it feels like to be the one holding it all together – the clients, the launches, the endless decisions – while quietly running on caffeine, cortisol, and “just one more push.”

For years, I lived in that loop: anxious, exhausted, and pretending I was fine. I ticked every box of success, but inside, my body was screaming for a break.

It wasn’t until I learned how to regulate my nervous system, to actually listen to my body instead of fighting it, that everything changed. My business got easier, my creativity came back, my peace stopped being a “someday” goal and started being my baseline.

Now I teach business owners like you to do the same. Through breathwork, somatic regulation, and grounded self-leadership, I’ll show you how to calm your system, trust yourself again, and make success sustainable.

Imagine this...

You wake up, open your laptop, and instead of that familiar tension in your chest, there’s space.

You post without overthinking, respond without reactivity, and rest without guilt.

You move through launches, visibility, and leadership with calm certainty because your body finally trusts you to have its back.

That’s what being a Regulated CEO feels like.

And it’s closer than you think.

From my nervous system to yours

I built this because I used to run my business on caffeine, adrenaline, and panic.

I thought burnout was just part of ambition.

When I finally learnt how my body actually worked, when I started regulating before reacting, everything shifted.

More clarity, more flow, more income, and more peace.

That’s what I want for you, too!

Your body isn’t the barrier to your success; it’s the bridge.

FAQs

How much time will this take?

Each module includes approximately 60-90 minutes of training content that you can consume at your own pace. Daily practices take 10-15 minutes, but you can use this as much or as little as you like.

Do I need any previous experience with somatics or breathwork?

Not at all! This program is designed to meet you where you are. The pre-study module covers the foundations you need, and everything is explained in accessible, practical terms. Whether you’re brand new to this work or have some experience, you’ll find value here.

What makes this different from other mindset or business programs?

Most programs focus on strategy, mindset, or motivation. This program recognises that none of those things work when your nervous system is in survival mode. We go to the root – your body’s sense of safety – and build from there. This is about nervous system regulation first, strategy second. It’s the missing piece that makes everything else actually work.

Regulated and Resilient

You look fine from the outside... and that's the problem

Nobody sees the exhaustion you’re carrying. The smile is intact. The emails are answered. The social media content is posted.

From the outside, you’re holding it together beautifully.

But you know the truth. You’ve known it for a while.

You’re running on empty and you’re not sure how much longer you can keep pretending (which, ironically, is not helping the situation AT. ALL.)

If any of this sounds like you, keep reading.

✅ You’re exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t touch.

✅ The joy has gone quiet – you’re functioning, but only just.

✅ You’ve started to pull back. Showing up. Going silent.

✅ You’re scared of burning out (again) because you know exactly what it costs.

✅ You can feel yourself heading somewhere you really don’t want to go.

✅ You can’t remember the last time you felt genuinely like yourself.

Burnout is a sneaky bitch.

It doesn’t arrive all at once. It creeps, like the sneaky little thing it is (except we all know that it’s actually little!)

It starts as tiredness. Then it’s tiredness plus a shorter fuse. Then it’s tiredness plus a shorter fuse plus the slow, creeping numbness where your passion used to live.

And the whole time, you “look fine.” You’re still answering the emails. Still holding it together for everyone else. But inside, something has gone very quiet. And you’re not sure how to find it again.

And while all of that is happening, your brain is telling you it’s your fault. That this is weakness. That you’re failing.

It’s not. And you’re not. That’s your nervous system waving a white flag and it deserves to be taken seriously.

I didn't just study burnout. I lived it... all the way to the very bottom!

I kept going, because that’s what you do. You push through. You tell yourself it’ll ease up soon. That you just need to get through this next thing, and then you’ll rest.

But it didn’t ease up. It got worse. And then it got so bad that I lost everything – my sense of self, my ability to function, my will to be here at all. I ended up in a psychiatric ward. And I’m sharing this with you now, not for shock or sympathy, but because I know that some of you are further down this road than you’re letting on. And I want you to know: it doesn’t have to go that far.

I also want you to know that it’s easy to slip back again. Trust me, because it’s happened to me!

Even after all of the work, the healing, the rebuilding, I hit a wall again. Not the same wall but something very similar.

I went quiet – no selling, no emails, no showing up. I just stopped. Because my nervous system had nothing left to give, and I hadn’t been listening to the signs.

What got me back wasn’t a new business strategy, another course, or a flashy mastermind. It wasn’t a mindset reset or pushing harder or thinking more positively. It was learning to work with my nervous system and coming back to my body.

It was rebuilding things from the inside out.

That’s what I teach, and that’s exactly what’s inside this bundle.

And in case we haven’t met yet…

I'm Dani!

Nervous system mentor, somatics coach, breathwork facilitator, and jelly-tot-fueled human on a mission to help business owners stop running their empires from survival mode.

I created Regulated & Resilient because I’ve lived both sides of burnout – the slow creep, the complete collapse, and the long road back. I know what it costs to ignore the signs. And I know what it takes to actually rebuild, not just recover.

Everything inside this bundle is rooted in the same nervous system science I use with my coaching clients and in my studio sessions – breathwork, somatic practice, and the kind of honest, no-BS education that helps things actually stick. No toxic positivity. No quick fixes. Just real tools that meet you where you are.

If you’re ready to stop white-knuckling your way through your days and start building from a regulated baseline, this is for you.

Three tools. One outcome.
Come back to yourself.

Everything in this bundle takes less than 20 minutes a day. This isn’t something else to add to your list. It’s the thing that makes everything else on your list feel possible again.

🌿 The Nervous System Reset Kit
Two guided audio practices to come back to every single day. Come Home is a 15-minute breathwork session using extended exhale techniques – the science-back way to activate your vagus nerve and shift your body out of fight-or-flight FAST. Land is a 10-minute somatic body scan to drop out of your head and back into your body. Plus the Reset Guide – the science behind why this works and how to make it stick.

This is your daily non-negotiable. The thing you come back to so you start each day regulated, not already depleted before 9am.

🌿 The Anti-Burnout Guide
A straight-to-the-point workbook to help you understand your own burnout pattern – because it’s different for everyone – map your personal nervous system triggers, and build a simple 7-day reset protocol that actually fits your real life. None of this toxic positivity “you need to want it more” BS.

Because you’re not lazy, you’re dysregulated and that’s something we can actually work with.

🌿 Body Before Business
A 10-minute somatic morning ritual built specifically for entrepreneurs – to be done before you open your laptop, check your emails, or look at your to-do list. The way you start your morning sets the tone for your nervous system for the entire day. Ground yourself first. Everything else gets easier from there.

Ten minutes before the world gets its hands on you. That’s all it takes.

£27

Instant digital access. Yours to keep forever.

I built this because I know what it costs to ignore the signs. I paid that price. And I don’t want you to pay it too. These aren’t just tools I recommend, they’re the exact things that brought me back. I hope they do the same for you.

FAQs

I’m already burnt out. Is this going to feel like another overwhelming thing on my list?

No. You can start with a single audio session – that’s it. There’s no programme to follow, no timeline, no pressure. Everything here is designed to meet you exactly where you are, even if where you are is completely running on empty.

How is this different from just downloading a meditation app?

Everything here is rooted in nervous system science, not just relaxation. You’ll understand why the practices work, which means you’re more likely to keep doing them. There’s a real difference between feeling calm for 10 minutes and building genuine regulation over time. This is the latter.

How much time does this actually take?

The two Reset Kit audios are around 10-15 minutes each. The morning ritual is 10 minutes. You don’t have to do everything every day. Start with one thing – less is always more when your nervous system is already depleted.

How do I access everything?

Everything is housed inside the student portal. You will receive your login details once your purchase is complete.

I have another question not listed here, what should I do?

7-Part Chakra Balancing Meditation Bundle

Seven Chakras. Seven Meditations. Zero Overwhelm.

A guided meditation series for people who want to actually feel something, not just tick a wellness box.

Seven guided meditations with journal prompts. Only £7. Yours instantly (no dripped content)

Let's be brutally honest with each other for a second...

Most chakra content is either so deeply spiritual that it feels completely inaccessible, or so watered down that it’s basically just “think positive thoughts and drink some cacao.”

Neither of those things is going to help you.

Your chakras are energy centres in your body, and when they’re blocked or out of balance, you feel it. And I don’t mean “feel it” in some vague, mystical way, but in real, physical, emotional, everyday ways.

Anxious and ungrounded? That’s your root.
Creatively blocked and emotionally shut down? That’s your sacral.
Shrinking yourself and swallowing your truth? That’s your throat.

This series works through all seven of the core chakras and gives you the tools to actually shift what’s been stuck.

No spiritual bypassing and no fancy crystals required (although, if you wanna use them, I won’t be mad!) Just real, grounded, guided meditations that meet you exactly where you are.

Here's what's waiting for you inside:

❤️ Root Chakra – a grounding meditation for when you feel anxious, unsafe, or like the floor keeps moving beneath you.

🧡 Sacral Chakra – a flow meditation for when creativity has left the building and your emotions are stuck on mute.

💛 Solar Plexus Chakra – a power meditation for when self-doubt is louder than your actual voice.

💚 Heart Chakra – a self-love meditation for when you give everything to everyone and have nothing left for yourself.

🩵 Throat Chakra – an expression meditation for when you’re holding back things that desperately need to be said.

💙 Third Eye Chakra – an intuition meditation for when you’ve stopped trusting yourself and you need to find your way back.

💜 Crown Chakra – a connection meditation for when you’re exhausted by the relentlessness of it all and need to remember you’re not doing this alone.

Plus journal prompts for each meditation, so you can actually integrate what comes up rather than just moving straight into the next thing on your to-do list.

Seven meditations. Thirty-five journal prompts. £7.

This is for you if...

You’re done with meditations that feel like they were made for someone who has three hours a day free and zero responsibilities.

You want something that actually works. That you can feel safe in your body, not just think about in your head.

You’ve been running on stress and adrenaline for so long that “calm” feels like a mystical place you’ve never been to.

You’re open to the idea that your body holds more wisdom than your brain has been giving it credit for.

And in case we haven’t met yet…

I'm Dani!

Nervous system mentor, somatics coach, breathwork facilitator, and jelly-tot-fueled human on a mission to help business owners stop running their empires from survival mode.

I created this meditation series because my chakra cleansing meditation sessions were always my most popular in the studio. The feedback was always that people left feeling clearer, more centred, and more “themselves.”

So I took those hour-long sessions and created a series of seven individual meditations. Each meditation is built around the energetic and somatic qualities of each chakra, with real breathwork, body-based activation, and visualisations that go deeper than “imagine a white light.”

I can’t wait for you to experience these guided meditations and see what shifts for you!

Be honest with yourself

You’ve been meaning to meditate for how long now?

You know it would help. Everyone keeps banging on about it. But every time you try, your brain goes wild, you can’t sit still, and you end up giving up after three days feeling worse than you did when you started.

🖤 You don’t really know what you’re supposed to be doing.
🖤 Your mind doesn’t “go quiet.” it gets louder.
🖤 You’ve downloaded three different apps and used each one twice.
🖤 Work mode is permanently on and you can’t switch off.
🖤 You’re exhausted but somehow still can’t rest.

It’s not that you’re bad at meditation, you just haven’t had someone guide you through it – that’s literally all this is!

What actually changes

More productive at work AND actually able to rest.

When your mind isn’t constantly clogged with noise, two things happen. You get sharper when you’re working – clearer thinking, better ideas, less spinning your wheels. And when it’s time to stop, you can actually stop. Not lie there replaying your to-do list, but actually rest.

That’s it. That’s the pitch. No mountain top, no hour-long sessions. Just 15 minutes a day with someone guiding you through it, and your brain starts working with you instead of against you.

Introducing
30 Days of Meditation

YOUR SIMPLE, STRESS-FREE WAY TO RESET, RECHARGE, AND RECONNECT WITH YOURSELF, ONE DAY AT A TIME.

Imagine your life just one month from now…

Fast forward 30 days. You’re not a different person and life is still life. But you’ve got something you didn’t have before: a brain that isn’t running a full volume 24/7.

You’re sharper at work because you’re not constantly firefighting your own thoughts. You’re actually sleeping. And when someone asks how you are, you don’t automatically say, “so busy” because, for once, you don’t feel it.

That’s what 15 minutes a day does over 30 days – it’s not mystical or magic, it’s just a consistent practice that compounds.

We are human beings, so let's spend time just being

What's included

✨ 30 daily guided meditations: 5-15 minutes each. I guide you through the whole thing – you don’t have to figure out a single bit of it.

✨ A real mix of themes: So it doesn’t get samey, and you’re actually working on the stuff that matters to you, including: stress relief, anxiety, focus, confidence, grounding, empowerment, and more!

✨ Flexible and Accessible: Listen whenever, wherever. Access all 30 meditations inside the student portal instantly. Listen in the morning, at lunch, before bed…whenever you can grab 10 minutes.

✨ Bonus – Reflective Journal Prompts: Daily journal prompts to help you notice what’s actually shifting.

Hi, I'm Dani

Life as a business owner (and, well, a human!) can be a whirlwind of deadlines, decisions, and the never-ending pressure to do all the things. Trust me, I’ve been there – juggling anxiety, depression, overwhelm, guilt…wondering how on earth to find peace and calm in the middle of it all.

That’s why I created 30 Days of Meditation – to give you a simple, accessible way to reset your mind, find your centre, and actually enjoy your life (and business) again.

Through breathwork, meditation, and a little bit of down-to-earth magic, I’ve helped business owners like you reduce anxiety, boost focus, and reconnect with their businesses. It’s not about being perfect or meditating for hours on the top of a mountain – it’s about finding tiny pockets of peace in your day that ripple out to create big shifts in your life.

If you’re ready to go from frazzled to focused, I’d love to guide you on this journey. Let’s make meditation your new secret weapon for clarity, calm, and creativity. You’ve got this – and I’ve got you!

The Burnout Rebellion

You're not broken.

You're just running on a nervous system that thinks you're being chased by a bear.

And honestly? You’ve been trying to fix burnout with the same fucked-up thinking that caused it in the first place.

More hustle. Better boundaries. Another five-step morning routine.

But none of it works because burnout isn’t a productivity problem.
It’s a nervous system problem.

And until you stop treating your body like a machine that just needs better optimisation, you’re going to keep burning out no matter how hard you try.

Enroll in The Burnout Rebellion for just £47.

Let’s be honest about what’s actually happening right now

You’re tired. Like, bone-deep, soul-crushing, “I don’t know how much longer I can do this” tired.

And the worst part? You can’t even explain it to people because from the outside you look fine. You’re still showing up. Still delivering. Still “crushing it.”

But inside? You’re fucking falling apart.

You wake up exhausted even though you got eight hours of sleep. The thought of opening your laptop makes your stomach drop. You’re crying in your car at school pick up. You’re snapping at your partner over absolutely nothing because you have zero capacity left for anyone’s bullshit…including your own.

And you keep telling yourself the same things:

“I just need to get through this launch / this month / this quarter, THEN I’ll rest.”
(Spoiler: you won’t!)

“I just need better systems / more support / a VA.”
(Nope. Those things help but they don’t fix what’s at the root.)

“Everyone feels like this, it’s just what success looks like.”
(No. This is what burnout looks like.”

But deep down you already know:

It’s not getting better, it’s getting worse.

That “one more push” keeps extending. The rest you keep promising yourself never actually comes. And your body is starting to break down in ways that are getting harder to ignore.

What’s actually happening in your body right now.

Let me know if any of these sound familiar:

The physical shit:

✅ Sleep is a disaster (can’t fall asleep, can’t stay asleep, or wake up more exhausted than when you went to bed.)
✅ Constantly getting sick – it’s like your immune system just gave up.
✅ Headaches, digestive issues, muscle tension that won’t release no matter what you do.
✅ Your body feels like you’re wearing a weighted vest made of pure anxiety.

Emotional mess:

✅ Zero patience – you’re snapping at people you actually like.
✅ Numb and flat – you don’t feel joy anymore, you’re just surviving.
✅ Crying over absolutely nothing or feeling on the verge of tears constantly.
✅ Anxious about everything, even shit that used to feel easy.

Mental fog:

✅ Can’t focus – everything takes three times longer than it should.
✅ Making dumb mistakes you’d never normally make.
✅ Forgetting things, losing track of conversations mid-sentence.
✅ Decision fatigue so bad that choosing what to eat for lunch feels impossible.

Behavioural red flags:

✅ Avoiding everything, including the things you used to love.
✅ Cancelling plans because you just…can’t.
✅ Scrolling for literal hours because your brain is too fried to do anything else.
✅ Working more but accomplishing less (and feeling shit about it.)

If you checked more than three of these, you’re not “just a bit stressed,” you’re burnt the fuck out!

Let me tackle a common misconception I hear all the time...

Burnout has nothing to do with how many hours you’re working.

You know what’s wild? You can work 80 hours a week (I mean, if that’s what you wanna do) from a regulated nervous system and feel fine.

Or you can work 20 hours a week from a dysregulated nervous system and feel like you’re dying.

The difference isn’t the workload. It’s whether your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.

When your nervous system is chronically activated – when you’re stuck in fight-or-flight – every single email feels urgent. Every decision feels high-stakes. Every tiny setback feels like the end of the world.

Your body literally thinks you’re in danger 24/7.

So it keeps you activated. Braced. Ready for the next threat that might not even exist.

And no amount of face masks or “self-care Sundays” is going to fix that.

Because you can’t bubble bath your way out of a dysregulated nervous system.

Why everything you’ve tried so far has been completely useless.

Look, you’re not lazy. You’ve tried to fix this.

Maybe you’ve tried:

“Just work smarter, not harder.”
Cool advice, except your brain is so fucking fried you can’t think straight anymore. You’re making worse decisions, not better ones. And “working smarter” still requires energy you literally do not have.

“Take a vacation.”
So you did. You took a week off. And for two days you couldn’t relax because your brain wouldn’t stop spinning about all the shit you should be doing. By day three you were checking your emails again. By day five you were actually working. And when you came back? Right back where you started within like, 24 hours.

“Set better boundaries.”
You tried. You really did. You said no… for about three days before you felt guilty and started saying yes to everything again. Because boundaries feel impossible when everyone needs you, and you’re terrified of disappointing people.

“Meditation / mindfulness / yoga.”
You downloaded the apps. You tried the breathing thing. You went to a yoga class. But sitting still made you MORE anxious. Your brain refused to shut the fuck up. And now you feel like you’re failing at relaxation too, which is just perfect!

“Just push through.”
So you did. You kept going. You told yourself you’re strong enough to handle it. Until your body literally made the decision for you. Until you got so sick you couldn’t work. Until you had a full breakdown in the middle of a Zoom call. Until you couldn’t get out of bed anymore.

Want to know why none of that worked?

Because all of it treats the symptoms, none of it addresses the actual root cause.

And the root cause is simple: your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.

And until you teach your nervous system that it’s actually safe to downregulate – that rest doesn’t equal death, that you can handle stress without staying activated 24/7 – nothing else will stick.

You can have all the boundaries in the world, but if your nervous system is dysregulated, you’ll override them every single time.

You can take all the vacations you want, but if your nervous system doesn’t know how to actually rest, you won’t recover.

You can meditate every morning, but if you don’t know how to release what your body is physically holding, you’ll stay tense.

You need a completely different approach.

Not more willpower, not more discipline, and certainly not another fucking productivity hack.

You need to regulate your nervous system.

And that’s exactly what The Burnout Rebellion teaches you how to do.

What if you could stay ambitious without destroying yourself?

Picture this for a second:

You wake up and your first thought isn’t “oh god, how am I going to survive today?” It’s actual excitement about what you’re building.

You open your inbox and instead of your chest getting tight and your breath getting shallow, you feel… calm. Like, genuinely calm. Like you can handle whatever’s in there.

You’re in a difficult situation – a client’s pissed off, a team member’s pushing back – and instead of getting defensive or shutting down, you just… stay steady. You think clearly and you respond like a fucking pro.

Someone asks you to take on more work, and you don’t immediately panic-say yes. You actually check in with your body. You feel the no, and you say it. Clearly. Without apologising or over-explaining like you usually do.

You’re still building. You’re still growing. Still going after what you want. But you’re doing it from a place that doesn’t feel like you’re constantly on the verge of collapse.

You’re working hard but you’re not depleted. You’re ambitious but you’re not frantic. You’re powerful but you’re not running on borrowed energy and sheer force of will.

And at the end of the day? You actually fucking rest!

Not scrolling-on-the-couch-while-your-mind-races rest. But real rest. The kind that fills you back up instead of just postponing the inevitable breakdown.

This isn’t some fantasy. This is what happens when you regulate your nervous system.

That’s what The Burnout Rebellion teaches you.

Introducing
The Burnout Rebellion

A 21-Day Anti-Burnout Blueprint

This is not another bullshit course about productivity or time management or manifesting or whatever…

This is a complete nervous system rewiring program that teaches you how to:

✅ Regulate your nervous system in real time – so you can stay calm even when everything’s actively on fire.
✅ Actually release the stress and emotions you’ve been carrying in your body for literal years.
✅ Build real capacity (not just white-knuckle your way through more shit.
✅ Make decisions from your body instead of overthinking yourself into paralysis.
✅ Set boundaries that actually protect your energy instead of just making you feel guilty.
✅ Build and launch shit from regulation instead of panic.
✅ Lead powerfully without burning yourself out in the process.

In 21 days, you’ll go from:

Burnt the fuck out → Calm
Calm → Powerful
Powerful → Unshakeable

Not through more hustle or “just try harder,” but through actual nervous system mastery.

How this all works

Okay, quick crash course in nervous system basics, my friends:

Your nervous system has two main settings:

The Sympathetic Nervous System (your gas pedal)
This is fight-or-flight mode. Adrenaline, cortisol, all the activation. This is what gets you through deadlines and launches and actual emergencies.

The Parasympathetic Nervous System (your brake pedal)
This is your rest-and-digest mode. Recovery, repair, restoration. This is where actual healing happens.

Here’s what’s SUPPOSED to happen:

You hit the gas when you need to → You handle the crisis → You hit the brake → You rest and recover → Your body returns to baseline → Repeat as needed.

Here’s what’s ACTUALLY happening:

You’ve been hitting the gas for so fucking long that your brake pedal literally doesn’t work anymore.

You’re running on adrenaline and cortisol 24/7. Even when you think you’re resting, your body is still activated. Your heart rate is elevated. Your digestion is fucked. Your sleep is garbage. Your immune system is like, “yeah, I’m out.”

Because your nervous system genuinely thinks you’re still in danger.

It thinks the crisis is still happening. So it keeps you in fight-or-flight mode, just waiting for the next threat.

And every email, every notification, every decision, every tiny thing, your body treats it like an actual threat to your survival.

That’s what burnout actually is.

It’s not about working too much. It’s about your nervous system being stuck in a state that was only ever meant to be temporary.

And the only way to fix it is to retrain your nervous system. To teach your body that it’s actually safe to downregulate. To rebuild your capacity to handle stress without staying chronically activated.

That’s what this program does.

90-Day Sustainability Blueprint
Your post-course roadmap to lock this in and make sure you never burn out like this again. Complete with monthly focus areas, practice commitments, and check-in systems.

Here’s what actually happens when you do this program

Module One: You become calm
By the end of Module One, you’ll have:

✅ A 90-second regulation reset you can literally use anywhere (yes, even in the bathroom at an event).
✅ Released emotions you’ve been stuffing down and carrying in your body for years.
✅ Identified and started plugging your biggest energy leaks.
✅ A rest practice that actually restores you instead of just postponing the collapse.
✅ A calm baseline you can return to when shit gets hard.

You’ll feel steadier, less reactive, and like your body isn’t constantly on red alert.

Module Two: You become powerful
By the end of Module Two, you’ll have:

✅ Dismantled the hustle identity that’s been burning you out.
✅ Figured out what ambition actually feels like when it’s not fueled by panic.
✅ Audited your business through a nervous system lens (and probably realised some shit needs to change).
✅ Created financial safety internally (because your bank account doesn’t matter if your nervous system thinks you’re broke).
✅ Learned to make decisions from your body instead of spiralling for three hours.
✅ Actually embodied the Regulated CEO identity (not just thought about it).

You’ll feel clearer, more in control, way less frantic, and actually deliberate.

Module Three: You become unshakeable
By the end of Module Three, you’ll have:

✅ Expanded your capacity window (so you can hold more without getting rigid or armoured).
✅ Built real-time resilience (staying steady when everything’s on fire).
✅ Created your Burnout Radar (so you catch it before it catches you).
✅ Set boundaries that actually protect your power as you scale.
✅ Learned to build strategy from regulation instead of from “oh shit, oh shit, oh shit.”
✅ Embodied the Calm Authority identity.
✅ Created your 90-Day Sustainability Blueprint so you never burn out like this again.

You won’t flinch when the inbox explodes, you won’t spiral when revenue drops, you won’t collapse when life inevitably gets hard. You’ll hold your ambition calmly, you’ll lead powerfully, and you’ll be fucking unshakeable.

Who this is for (and who it’s definitely not for!)

This program is for you if:

✅ You’re an ambitious entrepreneur, founder, or leader who’s currently burnt out (or can see it coming).
✅ You’re “successful” by outside measures, but internally you’re falling apart.
✅ You’re so fucking tired of running on adrenaline and urgency.
✅ You want to stay ambitious without sacrificing your actual health.
✅ You’re ready to do the internal work, not just consume more theory.
✅ You’re willing to show up and practice for 21 days.

This is NOT for you if:

❌ You’re looking for a magic pill or quick fix.
❌ You want someone to tell you to “just work less” (this isn’t about working less, it’s about working from regulation).
❌ You’re not willing to actually DO the practices (just reading about regulation won’t change jack shit).
❌ You’re not ready to set boundaries or let go of the hustle identity.
❌ You want to keep performing productivity and looking busy instead of actually building sustainability.

This program requires you to show up. It requires practice. It requires being honest with yourself.

But if you’re ready for that? This will change your fucking life!

Here’s what happens if you keep putting this work off

In one month:
You’ll still be exhausted. Still overwhelmed. Still barely hanging on. And you’ll have wasted another month being half the leader and biz owner you could be.

In three months:
Your body will make the decision for you. You’ll get sick. You’ll have a breakdown. You’ll collapse in a way that takes waaaaaay longer to recover from.

In six months:
You’ll be starting over again… but from a much deeper hole. Recovering from full collapse takes 6-12 months.

Your nervous system doesn’t give a fuck about your deadlines.

It will force you to slow down (or stop) if you keep ignoring it.

The question is: do you want to choose when and how you recover? Or do you want your body to choose for you (usually right at the worst possible moment)?

The best time to work on this was six months ago. The second-best time is right now!

You’ve got two options here:

Option one: Keep doing what you’re doing

Keep pushing. Keep telling yourself you’ll rest when it’s done. Keep running on adrenaline and sheer willpower. Keep burning out and recovering and burning out again.

You can absolutely do that.

But we both know how that story ends.

Option two: Actually learn how to regulate your nervous system.

Three weeks from now you would be:

Waking up rested. Actually rested.

Opening your laptop without your stomach dropping.

Handling a crisis without spiralling.

Making decisions without overthinking yourself into paralysis.

Setting boundaries without drowning in guilt.

Building and launching from regulation instead of panic.

Leading powerfully without destroying yourself.

And actually resting at night instead of lying awake running through your to-do list at 3 AM.

This is what happens when you regulate your nervous system.

This is what The Burnout Rebellion gives you.

So, are you ready?

Ready to stop burning out and start building sustainably?

Ready to become the Regulated CEO?

Ready to lead from calm instead of constant crisis?

FAQs

I’m burnt out. Like, REALLY burnt out. Is this too intense for me?

Nope. Module 1 is specifically designed for people who are already deep in burnout.

Day 1 starts gently. You’re not asked to overhaul your entire life or do anything intense. Just a 15-minute video, an 8-minute body scan, and some reflective questions.

The practices build gradually. They’re 7-15 minutes and designed to be accessible even when you’re exhausted.

And you have ongoing access, so if you need to go slower, you can. There’s no rush. Go at whatever pace your nervous system needs.

What if I don’t have 21 days in a row to dedicate to this?

You don’t need to do it in 21 consecutive days. The program is designed as a 21-day journey, but you have ongoing access, so you can go at your own pace.

The important thing is that you actually do the practices and integrate them, not that you do them on a specific timeline.

I’ve tried meditation and breathwork before and it just made me more anxious. Will this be the same?

Probably not, because this isn’t just “sit and meditate.”

The practices in The Burnout Rebellion are somatic and body-based. That means movement, releasing, shaking, grounding… not just sitting in silence with your racing thoughts.

Plus, we teach you how to regulate BEFORE you try to go deep. You’re building the capacity to be with discomfort, not just forcing yourself to sit through it.

Do I need any special equipment?

Nope, just:

– A device to watch videos and listen to audio (phone, laptop, tablet).
– A quiet-ish space where you can do the practices.
– Something to write with for the workbook (or you can type).

Some practices are done standing, some sitting, some lying down. You don’t need a yoga mat or any special equipment, just you and your body.

I’m super busy, how do I find time to do this?

The practices are 7-15 minutes long. That’s less time than most people spend scrolling social media or sitting in decision paralysis.

This program gives you time back. When you’re regulated, you make decisions faster, you work more efficiently, you don’t waste hours overthinking. The time investment pays for itself FAST.

I’m skeptical. How do I know this actually works?

Fair. You should be skeptical!

What I will say is this: this isn’t magic. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s nervous system work combined with somatic practices that have been proven to work.

The reason it works is because it addresses the root cause (your dysregulated nervous system) instead of just treating symptoms (your workload, your schedule, your boundaries).

But the only way to know if it works for YOU is to try it.

I have another question not listed here, what should I do?

Either use the chat box on screen or send me an email at hi@nureleya.com, I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.

Take a Breath

A no-overwhelm intRo to breathwork for real life

Stop spiralling and learn how to breathe in a way your nervous system actually understands.

£9. Instant Access.

Let me be blunt...

If you’re anxious, overwhelmed, snappy, wired-but-exhausted, or constantly feel like you’re bracing for something…it’s probably not a mindset problem.

It’s not that you need another morning routine, 90-minute practice, or a full spiritual identity overhaul.

You need to breathe – but properly.

And no, I don’t mean, “have you tried taking a deep breath?” I mean, the way you’re breathing right now is quietly telling your nervous system:

We’re not safe. Stay on high alert.

All. Day. Long.

This isn't "deep breathing" for the sake of it

Most people think they’re breathing deeply.

They’re not.

They’re breathing into their chest, shoulders creeping up, jaw tight, breath shallow and fast, body quietly panicking…

That’s the kind of breathing your body uses when it’s in danger.

The problem is that when you breathe like that constantly, your nervous system assumes something is wrong, even when nothing actually is. Anxiety creeps in for “no reason.” Your thoughts race, your body stays tense, you feel on edge and exhausted at the same time, and then someone tells you to calm down or relax, and you want to scream because your system literally doesn’t know how.

This mini-course exists to fix that at the root.

What Take a Breath actually does

Take a Breath is an intro to breathwork that teaches you how to breathe in a way that tells your nervous system it’s safe to stand down. We’re not forcing calm, not pushing through discomfort, and we’re not just pretending to feel relaxed when you’re absolutely not!

Everything in this mini-course focuses on slow, grounded breathing that works with your body instead of against it. When you breathe this way, your body finally uses its full breathing capacity instead of hovering in shallow survival mode.

That’s when things start to shift. Your thoughts slow down. You stop needing to white-knuckle your way through the day, and you feel present instead of constantly three steps ahead in panic mode.

This is for people who:

✅ Don’t want anything intense.
✅ Don’t have time for hour-long practices.
✅ Are tired of being told to “just relax.”
✅ Want something that actually works in real life.
✅ And don’t want to lie on the floor pretending they’re fine.

Why this works (when other stuff didn't)

Babies breathe into their bellies.

It’s natural. Soothing. Complete.

And adults? Somewhere along the way, we unlearned that.

We started breathing like we’re always on the run, constantly late for something. Shallow and high in our chest. So our bodies learned to panic – habitually.

When you breathe into your belly:

➡️ Your diaphragm actually moves.
➡️ Your lungs fully expand and your chest opens.
➡️ Oxygen gets into your blood properly.
➡️ Your nervous system gets the memo that you’re not in danger.

This course gently brings you back to your natural rhythm. It resets your baseline to calm, even when life is loud.

Built for real life, not insta-perfect routines

You don’t need an hour of silence, a candlelit room, or a brand new morning routine to make this work. Every breath in this course is designed for 5-15 minute pockets of real life, because let’s face it, that’s what life actually looks like!

You can use these breaths:

🍃 Between calls.
🍃 Before sleep.
🍃 While you’re out walking.
🍃 Sitting in your car.
🍃 When your anxiety spikes out of nowhere and you don’t know why.
🍃 When your brain won’t shut the fuck up.

This is breathwork you can come back to again and again, even on busy, messy days, not something that only works when everything is already calm.

How this thing works:

I kept it simple, because overwhelm helps no one!

For each breath you get:

A short demo video so you can see exactly what the breath looks like.

A guided audio practice so you can close your eyes and focus on your body instead of watching me.

You can repeat a single breath, mix and match different ones, stack them together for longer sessions, or download the audios and use them wherever you want.

There’s no right way to use this and no pressure to feel anything dramatic. Take what you need, when you need it.

This is for you if...

This is for people who:

✅ You feel anxious “for no reason.”
✅ You live in your head and struggle to switch off.
✅ You’re tired of trying to force calm.
✅ You want your body to feel safer, not just your brain being convinced.
✅ You want something gentle but effective.

This isn’t extreme breathwork, emotional release marathons, or a practitioner training. It’s not about pushing limits or having big cathartic moments. It’s a foundation. A place to start and something you can rely on when life gets loud and your system needs support.

If everything feels like too much right now...

You don’t need another fix, you need to come back to your body.

Take a breath, your nervous system will thank you!

And in case we haven’t met yet…

Bad Bitch Confidence Activation

You were never too much
You were just too much for people who needed you smaller

Bad Bitch Confidence Activation – the self-study initiation for anyone who’s done shrinking to fit and is ready to take up the space they were always meant to.

18 months ago I hated being on camera.

Not the normal, everyone-cringes-at-their-own-voice kind of hate. I mean I’d sit down to record something as simple as a 60-second Reel, hit record, and feel my whole body go tight. I’d reshoot the same thirty seconds a hundred times. I’d hear myself talking about my own work and want to crawl out of my own skin. Half the time (well, let’s be real, about 98% of the time), I’d just save it as a draft and tell myself I’d finish it tomorrow.

But we all know, tomorrow never comes!

From the outside, I looked like I had my shit together. I had the qualifications, the clients, the businesses.

What nobody could see was how much of it was hidden behind a performance. I was managing how I came across and showed up online and in-person, shrinking myself before anyone could do it for me, staying just small enough to feel safe.

And all this did was keep me hidden. Nobody got to see or know the real me. And, in turn, my business stayed hidden too.

I’m not that person anymore. And I don’t mean that I found a performance that works better than the old one. I mean something actually shifted in my mind AND in my body. Now I show up as my whole self (no more hiding parts of me). I say the things. I don’t apologise for taking up space.

If any of this sounds familiar, keep reading because this is for you!

Somewhere along the way, someone told you that you were too much.

Too loud. Too ambitious. Too intense. Too sure of yourself.

Maybe it wasn’t said outright, maybe it was just a look, a tone, a sigh, or even a feeling – but you got the message loud and clear: dial it down, or there will be a cost.

When you hear that once, twice, a hundred times, over months and years, your body doesn’t just hear it, it remembers it. It files it away as fact.

And eventually you stop needing anyone to say it to you at all, because you’ve built your own internal filter, running 24/6, quietly editing you down to a version that’s easier for everyone else to be around.

Smaller. Softer. More palatable. Less you.

That’s not who you are. That’s who you thought you needed to be.

And for some of you, it didn’t stop at shrinking. It went all the way to hiding. The posts you drafted and never published. The offer you created but never sold. The version of you that stays behind the scenes, doing incredible work that nobody sees, because being visible feels riskier than staying invisible. Hiding can look a lot like being “busy” or “not quite ready yet,” but underneath it, it’s the same conditioning, just turned all the way up.

Here’s what staying filtered is actually costing you…

…even if you’ve never put words to it before now.

✨ The opportunities you’ve talked yourself out of because reaching for them felt “too much”

✨ The version of your business, your relationships, your whole life that’s been operating at 60% (or even less) because 100% felt dangerous

✨ The exhaustion of constantly managing how you come across, on top of everything else you’re already carrying

✨ The slow, quiet grief of watching yourself dim in rooms where you actually had something to say

✨ The posts that stay in drafts, the offers that stay unsold, the launches that keep getting pushed because hiding felt safer than being seen and possibly rejected

✨ The energy it takes trying to be liked by everyone instead of just being you

All of this has been running in the background of your entire life, and it adds up to a lot more than “I could be a bit more confident.”

Now picture the other side of it…

You walk into a room and you don’t shrink first. You say the ambitious thing out loud without pre-apologising for it. You ask for what you actually want instead of the safer, smaller version of it. You feel steady in your own body – not performing calm, but actually feeling calm even when things get uncomfortable.

You stop editing yourself down to fit and start taking up the space you were always meant to. Loud when you feel like being loud. Soft when you feel like being soft. Ambitious without flinching.

This isn’t about creating a new version of yourself or faking it til you make it. It’s about uncovering what’s underneath the conditioning.

You’re Capable.

People come to you for answers. You show up, you deliver, you hold it all together and yet somewhere underneath all of that, there’s a version of you that’s still waiting for permission to actually take up space.

✅ You second-guess things you already know
✅ You make yourself smaller in rooms before you even open your mouth
✅ You’ve quietly decided what you’re “realistically” allowed to want – and it’s waaaaaay less than what you actually want.
✅ Being seen properly feels riskier than staying hidden.
✅ You can talk yourself into anything except believing you’re allowed to have it all.

And all of this is conditioning. It’s what we’ve been taught to believe, it’s the words we’ve heard, and the emotions we’ve felt.

The good news is that conditioning can be undone.

This isn’t a course that teaches you to act more confident.

You already know how to do that – you’ve probably been doing it for years now and it’s exhausting!

Bad Bitch Confidence Activation dismantles the conditioning that made confidence feel unavailable to you in the first place, and rebuilds something that doesn’t need to be performed or faked. Self-trust. Presence. Inner authority. The kind that holds up on a bad day, not just the good ones.

And let’s be clear about something before we begin: this isn’t about becoming loud, brash, or arrogant. Confidence isn’t a volume setting. It can be quiet. It can be soft. It can look like calmly saying no, or staying settled in your body while someone else is uncomfortable, or simply not shrinking when the moment calls for you to stay exactly as big as you already are. Soft and confident aren’t opposites – they never were.

What's Included:

Threshold Ritual – Crossing In
Marking the line, in your body, between watching your business from the sidelines and actually stepping into leading it.

Module One – The Shedding
Releasing the version of you that learned to hide – the one who stays quiet on the call, undersells the offer, and lets someone else take the credit – and understanding exactly why that happened, without the shame that usually comes with it.

Module Two – How Good Are You Willing to Have It?
The question that shows you exactly where your ceiling is – your prices, your income, how clients and collaborators treat you, how big you’ll actually let this business get. This one’s uncomfortable but that’s the whole point.

Module Three – Coming Home to Your Body
Confidence lives where presence lives. This is where you stop trying to think your way into confidence, and start feeling it instead.

Module Four – Claiming Your Presence
Being seen without collapsing or performing – showing up on camera, on social media, in the room – and taking up space without apologising for it first.

Module Five – Self-Trust and Inner Authority
Making confidence something that holds steady, instead of something that depends on the day you’re having so asking for the sale doesn’t rattle you.

Module Six – Embodying Your Next-Level Self
Confidence as identity, not a mood you visit, and treating yourself like someone you’re obsessed with.

Final Threshold – The Sealing Ceremony
Stabilising the shift so it doesn’t quietly slide back, and following through on the things you’ve been keeping hidden.

Self-study course – all materials will be available from Tuesday, 18th August.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

You’re capable and successful on paper, and it still doesn’t feel like enough from the inside.

You’ve done the mindset work, the affirmations, the “just believe in yourself” and your body still doesn’t buy it.

You’re tired of constantly managing how you come across and want to just be yourself fully.

You’ve been called too much, too loud, too ambitious, and some part of you is done apologising.

This isn’t for you if you’re after a quick script to sound more confident in a meeting tomorrow. This is slower and deeper than that!

And in case we haven’t met yet…

I'm Dani

Nervous system mentor, somatics coach, breathwork facilitator, and recovering camera-avoider on a mission to help ambitious humans stop apologising for taking up space.

I know exactly what it’s like to be capable on the outside and quietly filtered on the inside – ticking every box of :successful,” while some part of you stays small just to keep the peace. I spent years like that. Managing how I came across before anyone else could judge me. Reshooting the same thirty seconds of video a dozen times because I couldn’t stand hearing myself talk about my own work.

It wasn’t until I actually went into my body that anything shifted. Confidence stopped being something I had to perform and started being something I could just stand in. Loud when I felt like it. Ambitious without flinching at the word. Present without pre-shrinking first.

Now I teach people how to do the same through somatics, breathwork, and nervous system work that gets underneath the conditioning instead of just talking over it. Not confidence as a mood that you fake on the good days. Confidence as who you actually are, once you stop editing yourself.

THE BAD BITCH CONFIDENCE ACTIVATION

FAQs

Do I need any proper experience of somatics or nervous system work?

No, everything is taught from the ground up, no prior experience necessary.

How long does it take to get through the program?

However long you need. There’s no fixed timeline, it’s yours to move through at your own pace, whether that’s an intense weekend or spread out over weeks.

I’ve tried confidence work before and it hasn’t stuck. Why would this be different?

Most confidence programs out there stay in your head – mindset, affirmations, “just believe in yourself,” fake it til you make it… this works with your nervous system directly, through the body, which is where the conditioning actually lives. You can’t think your way out of something that was never a thinking problem in the first place.

No one is going to hand you permission to take up space.

No one’s coming to tell you it’s finally your turn.

So this is me telling you. Now’s your time, babe.
